@DaanHoogland @harikrishna-patnala as @mlsorensen said, It is because the checked the OS don't match. I upgrade all the node in cluster to 4.18, But is is still failed to upgrade. I replace the `/usr/share/cloudstack-common/scripts/vm/hypervisor/versions.sh` in 4.18 host to the file on 4.17, It has worked. I think may be the info about the host was stored in the databases.
