    * Improvement Request
    * Documentation Report

   ##### COMPONENT NAME
   <!--
   Categorize the issue, e.g. API, VR, VPN, UI, etc.
   -->
   ~~~
   UI
   ~~~

   ##### CLOUDSTACK VERSION
   <!--
   New line separated list of affected versions, commit ID for issues on main
branch.
   -->

   ~~~
   4.18.0
   ~~~

   ##### CONFIGURATION
   <!--
   Information about the configuration if relevant, e.g. basic network,
advanced networking, etc.  N/A otherwise
   -->

   ##### OS / ENVIRONMENT
   <!--
   Information about the environment if relevant, N/A otherwise
   -->
   Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

   ##### SUMMARY
   <!-- Explain the problem/feature briefly -->
   I set up ACS and tried to play with the config to enable SSL since otherwise
I can't upload an ISO. I accidentally set the flag option that forces the
`https` cookie and now I can't log in anymore (I'm still struggling with the
SSL configuration and wanted to log in to check some configs). I've been
looking everywhere for this configuration option in the files, but can't find
it anywhere.

   ##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
   <!--
   For bugs, show exactly how to reproduce the problem, using a minimal
test-case. Use Screenshots if accurate.

   For new features, show how the feature would be used.
   -->

   <!-- Paste example playbooks or commands between quotes below -->
   ~~~
   ~~~

   <!-- You can also paste gist.github.com links for larger files -->

   ##### EXPECTED RESULTS
   <!-- What did you expect to happen when running the steps above? -->

   ~~~
   My expectation is to be able to find the setting somewhere in the settings
file or to be documented in the docs (maybe it is in a mysql table?)
   ~~~

   ##### ACTUAL RESULTS
   <!-- What actually happened? -->

   <!-- Paste verbatim command output between quotes below -->
   ~~~
   I can't find this setting and the docs are missing information regarding
where to find it and how to access all the settings without the use of the UI
