@itsayushpandey sure, you can create one under Service Offerings using the Custom Unconstrained option. Then create a VM selecting this offering and CloudStack will ask you to populate the CPU number, speed and memory for the VM to deploy. After unmanaging this VM, the VM import wizard auto populates the values from the unmanaged VM values -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
