Hmm IIRC in the end it was a second VM which had the same IP address for whatever reason. So I guess the VR already assigned the IP to that machine, and thus declined the second request from this machine (different MAC not in the table). After deleting that rogue VM, the issue did not reappear for me. So most probably not the same as @ccycv's issue at all. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
