Update:
I recently tested a new router and started with just one IP class. When I
introduced an additional IP class, I noticed the cloud.conf file in the
/etc/dnsmasq.d directory had been updated with the new configuration for the
new range. However, it replaced the existing configuration instead of adding to
it. It seems the process overwrites the cloud.conf file without retaining the
previous settings.
