some recent update
- Update all github actions to use JDK 17 (build, simulator, codecov, sonar
check)
- Support packaging using JDK 17 (but the packaging job still uses JDK 11)
- Trillian test: looks ok (all JRE17)
- rocky8/rocky8
- ubuntu22/ubuntu22
- rocky8/vmware-70u3
- install cloudstack packages for centos8 on marvin node (centos7). the
packaging job for centos7 failed (I think it is ok).
todo
- package using JDK 17
- test with other hypervisors
