Many distros will only have JRE17 as the new default, so either with 4.20 or 4.21 should deprecate support for older distros (both as mgmt/usage server host and KVM host) and move on to using newer LTS JRE. To add to what @weizhouapache said, I think that dropping support for EL7 and Ubuntu 18.04 is should be done in 4.20.0.0.
