Tested the below scenarios,
* When the specified account exists
* just linking of ldap is done.
* When the specified account doesn't exist, it creates a new account with
the specified name.
* If roleid isn't specified but accountType is specified , role for the
created account is set as per the specified accountType
* If roleid is specified but accountType isn't specified, role for the
created account is set as per the specified roleid
* If both roleid & accountType are specified, role for the created account
is set as per the specified roleid
