Hi @weizhouapache That's how it was configured. The problem happens when adding the Hypervisor to Cloudstack -- the Cloudstack agent is trying to use the network init script that no longer exists in EL9. The documentation you linked starts by saying "Starting with EL8, we must use the Network Manager to configure all network interfaces (instead of using the network-scripts we have used for so many years)." -- however EL8 still had support for the old network-scripts, which EL9 does not.
