[I] Vmware details are missing in the zone [cloudstack]

   Vmware details are missing in the zone 
   
   ### versions
   
   ACS 4.20.1, 4.19.3
   
   ### The steps to reproduce the bug
   
   Naviagte to zone details and vmware details are missing

   This was not present on 4.20 env

   ### What to do about it?
   
   Cloudstack should show the vmware details on the 4.20.1 builds
