I was just having the exact same issue (4.20), it asks to fix the issue (for me it was secondary storage) but it already finished the _adding host_ step. In the setup window, you see it added a second _add host_ step, which it can't complete because the host is already added and thus in the database. I just canceled the setup and checked if everything is setup correctly. After that, enable the zone in order to start the System VMs. For me it seems to be working all. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
