@daviftorres The Volumes listed in the backup details points to the actual volume from which the backup was taken. Since the instance and volumes are deleted, on clicking the volume cloudstack doesn't find the original volume, so it returns 404. This is expected in 4.20. Doesn't cause any other issue. The backed up disk is still there and can be used to manually recover the volume. I am working on a PR in 4.21 which will enable a new instance to be created from this backup from within cloudstack. There are other issues with regards to backup of a deleted vms which will be ironed out in 4.21. Closing the issue based on the above comment.
