What should be the correct behaviour in this scenario: Host is powered off from OOBM and KVM backed machines have HA enabled? My expectation would be that the VM would be moved on a different host before the host is powered off. What actually happens is that the VM remains on the host that was powered off via OOBM I also confirm the strange beavhour where powering off using IPAM results in the host "Resource State" to remain "Enabled, the "State" becomes "Disconnected", the "Power State" becomes "Off" the VMs are not migrated as "Resource State" is "Enabled. When the host is powered on Cloudstack almost immediately puts the host in maintenanced mode and migrates the VM to a different host. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
