   @weizhouapache  Uniqueness is required for the instance hostname or FQDN , 
network domain name can be duplicated. 
   
   Network 1 with network domain: cloudstack.local and Network 2 with network 
domain : cloudstack.local are fine, but the request is to optionally restrict 
instance names myappserver1.cloudstack.local in Network 1 and 
myappserver1.cloudstack.local in Network 2.
