Hi @mahdiadnan, thanks for reporting the issue. For troubleshooting purposes, could you increase the agent logs level to DEBUG (`sed -i 's/INFO/DEBUG/g' /etc/cloudstack/agent/log4j-cloud.xml`) and retry after installing virt-v2v?
