Yes, 3 management servers, that are *also* agents (I know this isn't recommended). The procedure was to enable maintenance mode on the host and management server being updated. Fully update the node with apt-get dist-upgrade and reboot. Update the repo file to point to 4.21. Run apt-get dist-upgrade again so it only pulls in 4.22. Restart management node, restart agent.
