### problem After adding mount options like “ac” to a backup repository during creation or editing, saving the changes and reopening the edit page removes the options. However, the updated mount options are encoded in the `mount_opts` field of the `backup_repository` table. ### versions ACS version 4.22 ### The steps to reproduce the bug 1. Create a NFS backup repository 2. enter a mount options "ac" 3. turn on cross-zone instance creation 4. click ok to save 5.
