@DaanHoogland It's not harmful but it can cause confusion and lead into
issues.
The issue is present in older versions also
Example
1. Register a template with "Read Instance settings from OVA” enabled,
Let's say the ova supports only us keyboard
2. During template registration, user added keyboard setting as Spanish
3. On listing the template admin sees the keyboard setting as Spanish
