Did this ever get fixed or "Just closed"? Just curious as i think i have run into this a few times lately during our early testing of cloudstack or a version of this luckily not with duplicate VMms as a result as IPMI checking (Or something else) Was preventing starting up VMs that were listed as "Stopped" until we destroyed the NFS VM so it recreated and then hard reset the physical hosts that had hung virsh/virtio and cloudstack agent, hard reset due to an actual rebot hung with flashing indicator.
