that rootDiskController is set to scsi. I chose this OS type because in this 
way the QEMU-KVM disk controller is set to virtio-scsi which supports disk 
trimming (i.e. Linux fstrim command inside the guest will actually trim the 
host disk).
   
   I recommend you trying the different controllers. Stop the VM, click on the 
button to add a new setting, select `rootDiskController` test the different 
options.
