We are using advanced networking with VPCs which as far as I understand it means you cannot use security groups. But we need a shared subnet using public IPs and we would like to control traffic between VMs in this subnet. As we cannot use security groups we are trying to use private vlans to stop VMs being able to communicate between each other in that subnet. Ideally we would have two clusters - one using advanced networking with VPC support and the other one using advanced networking with security groups but that's not possible at the moment. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
