### Description This PR fixes the Sonar coverage grade comment workflow when coverage grade data is unavailable. The workflow now: - Uses `N/A` when branch coverage is not available. - Skips posting the coverage grade comment when the coverage grade is unavailable. This change was separated from #13490 as requested by @DaanHoogland. ### Types of changes - [ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change) - [ ] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality) - [ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue) - [ ] Enhancement (improves an existing feature and functionality) - [ ] Cleanup (Code refactoring and cleanup, that may add test cases) - [x] Build/CI - [ ] Test (unit or integration test code) ### Feature/Enhancement Scale or Bug Severity #### Feature/Enhancement Scale - [ ] Major - [ ] Minor #### Bug Severity - [ ] BLOCKER - [ ] Critical - [ ] Major - [ ] Minor - [ ] Trivial ### Screenshots (if appropriate): N/A ### How Has This Been Tested? Verified the workflow diff against `apache:main` and confirmed that only the intended Sonar coverage handling changes are included. `git diff --check` passes with no whitespace errors. No application code or unit tests were changed. #### How did you try to break this feature and the system with this change? The workflow now handles the case where the coverage grade is unavailable and exits before attempting to create a PR comment, preventing the workflow from trying to post an invalid coverage result. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
