@vishesh92 could you take a look at this when you get a chance? Summary: DRS currently only rebalances on its timer, so a cluster can drift out of balance between runs. This adds a trigger on VM power-state events (start, stop, migrate) and a combined cpu+memory imbalance metric. It's gated by the existing DRS settings and is a no-op unless DRS is enabled.
