Rebased on the current 4.22 (head now b1baa57bcb, the same five commits). The one conflict was in NASBackupProvider against "Nasbackup quiesce fixes" (#14305) and earlier 4.22 changes: kept both sides, so the incremental and quiesce timeout settings sit next to the four nas.infra.backup.* settings, BackgroundPollManager is injected after the new BackupDetailsDao and AlertManager, and getConfigKeys() lists all of them. InfrastructureBackupTask and its test are unchanged. NAS plugin builds with checkstyle; InfrastructureBackupTaskTest 17/17 and NASBackupProviderTest 23/23 pass.
