I tested the fix from PR https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/13929 on CloudStack 4.22.1.0 (VMware, NFS secondary, copySnapshot between zones). Result: works as expected — destination SSVM download completes and the management server marks the snapshot copy successful (Ready / snapshot_zone_ref updated).
