### Description A set of small UI fixes. - Show the domain column in the list views for Admin and DomainAdmin users: instances, Kubernetes clusters, autoscale VM groups, templates, ISOs, volumes, snapshots and buckets. The buckets list also shows the project column now when "all projects" is selected. - Long network offering and VPC offering names were cut off in the select dropdowns. They now wrap, and the full name is available as a tooltip. This covers the isolated, L2 and shared network create forms, create VPC, update network and the VPC tier form. - The ACL list, private gateway, VPN gateway and VPN connection forms in the VPC tab now show the API parameter description as a tooltip on each label, like the other forms. - The private gateway modal no longer closes itself on failure or in `finally`, so the form isn't lost when the gateway can't be created. - The `vlan` description in `createPrivateGateway` now says it can't be used together with `associatednetworkid`. - Added missing spacing between the VM icon and name in the port forwarding tab, and around "via" in the static routes tab. ### Types of changes - [x] Enhancement (improves an existing feature and functionality) - [x] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue) ### How Has This Been Tested?
