rhtyd opened a new pull request #2306: CLOUDSTACK-10129: Allow navigation from 
VRs to list of VMs by network id

   This will allow navigation from VRs to (list of) instances using VR's
   guest network id to list the VMs where nics may be attached to the VR.
   
   Navigate as: Infra -> VRs -> select a VR -> view instances
