It might be a problem only on the basic network then. I tested with cloudmonkey, using the following command: `deploy virtualmachine zoneid=<id> serviceofferingid=<id> templateid=<id> startvm=true ipaddress=<requested ipv4address> name=<name> displayname=<“name”>`
