Disabling IPv6 by default would not be something we can do in 2018. That somebody is risk avoiding doesn't mean that the default should be tailored towards them. Disabling IPv6 is a choice somebody makes, because every modern OS comes with IPv6 enabled by default. Again, if 'null' does what it needs to do, I'm OK.
