That's true, the nullity check has to be for the Map returned by
'dest.getStorageForDisks()'.
Refactored to use this approach;

for (Volume vol : volumeStorageMap.keySet()) {
checkConcurrentJobsPerDatastoreThreshhold(volumeStorageMap.get(vol));
}
}
