The ACS installation of the old server dates back to 4.2.x, where these concepts were not even there AFAIK. But I found the following sentence in the docs: "The dynamic-roles feature is enabled by default only for all new CloudStack installations since version 4.9.x." Although my new server connects to the "old" database, it was essentially a fresh installation of 4.9.2.0 on a new host. Could I be on to something?
