andrijapanicsb edited a comment on issue #3628: Cloudstack management v4.12 does not start after trying to upgrade v4.13 URL: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/3628#issuecomment-549781243 I've seen people just restore the old DB (MySQL import) withOUT deleting the "upgraded" DB - so please make sure to: - delete cloud* DBs - create empty cloud and cloud_usage DBs - import a proper MySQL backup for both DBs - make sure to start 4.12 binaries Unless you made any other file system changes, your old mgmt (4.12) should be able to start just fine. Proper rollback is always possible with failed upgrades.
