@weizhouapache my "issue" is the following:
- CloudStack has chosen a cluster that has enough capacities ("at least one
host with enough capacities....) - and it chooses the host which seems to not
have the capacity (and the logging is not there, which is weird and bad) - so,
not sure how good this can be.
