add 677d6ad Removed antrun dependency from ctakes main pom Use
checksum-maven-plugin in distribution pom thanks to Richard (CTAKES-483) -
also upped to sha-512 from md5 - added commented package phase (hint) so user
can generate locally. Added a big ytex todo: ytex and ytex-uima and a
complete copy of ctakes and dependencies to a target/lib directory when they
compile. I have yet to look into it, presumably for testing? There has got to
be a better way.
