The updateEclipseCLasspath thing does seem to work for me. At lest I get
messages saying it updated various .classpath files. I wonder if perhaps
DAFFODIL_HOME is not defined correctly for you so it can't find these files? It
might make sense to pass in {{baseDirectiory.value}} as an argument to the tool
so that you don't need to have DAFFODIL_HOME set up. It would be nice to not
require that env variable anymore.
