So just to make sure I understand the licenses. If the License had the
CTC/Nteligen header it needed updated to be the Apache one correct? But if it
has the Microsoft or other different headers that are not CTC/Nteligen or
Apache that I changed need to be reverted to have proper header? Also the
ratCheck will need to be updated to allow those other headers correct?
