@stevedlawrence I am not sure how we want to play this PR with the Debugger Rework PR. This is because if we merge in the Rework PR the `README.md` would need updated because the `unzip` command will no be needed since the debugger run via extension file or if testing without extension will build the zip file and unzip it to the data folder and run the debugger. So maybe would want to get Debugger Rework merged first then I can update this branch to update the `README.md` to take in a count the change? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
