Verified the specified commit (commit 11a11afc3f99fca8446cc5206f74446d6e825a33)
is included in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.
Verified, via review, changes to the files identified in the ticket and commit
comment were implemented.
Verified the affected daffodil subproject sbt test suites execute successfully.
