Initial scalafmt configs for discussion and review. My test and eval loop is:
git restore daffodil-* ; sbt scalafmt
Run that command and browse through the source and see what you like and
don't like. I put in some initial configs that I thought matched styles found
in the current source.
There is a `scalafmtCheck` task which can be added to the CI config. I think
I added this correctly.
