Currently, when data or schema.path are set to empty strings in a launch
config and the launch config is executed, the launch will fail at different
times with different error messages, depending on which is empty. Normalize the
behavior to treat an empty string the same as the default values
${AskForDataName} or ${AskForSchemaName}.
