   上游的工作流中有一个任务被禁用，导致我在下游依赖此工作流中，选择all整个工作流作为依赖时，上游任务已经调度成功，但是下游依赖显示Cannot find 
the task instance
   
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   我认为不应该出现失败的情况，上游任务只要成功，那么下游依赖就不应该报错
