### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened  One of the tasks in the upstream workflow is disabled, which causes me to depend on this workflow downstream. When I select all the entire workflow as a dependency, the upstream task has been successfully scheduled, but the downstream dependency displays Cannot find the task instance. ### What you expected to happen I don't think there should be failures.
