### What problem does this PR solve?
Add IP field display for show frontends/backends/broker commands and RestAPIs
1. add ip field for show frontends command with fqdn mode
2. add ip field for show backends command with fqdn mode
3. add ip field for show broker command with fqdn mode
4. add ip field for frontends() udf
5. add ip field for backends() udf
