Addressed the latest nine review comments and the three non-muted Paimon failures from external regression build 1059287. - Preserve CHAR/VARCHAR bounds and DATETIME precision in Paimon DDL type mapping; retain explicit expected-value checks in the failing suites. - Route legacy schemas, incompatible historical casts, and partial-update/aggregation primary-key merges to JNI. Keep fresh-schema and safe-merge Rust positive controls. - Reject oversized generated IN predicates before the child count wraps, and include split-open time in the Rust parent timer. - Advertise reader support through an optional heartbeat capability and use JNI while any eligible BE lacks support. - Add persisted schema-evolution fixtures, mixed-version routing tests, and SQL coverage around the 65,536-key runtime-filter boundary. Validation: 118 focused FE tests and 43 focused BE tests passed; FE Checkstyle and clang-format 16 checks passed; the changed BE translation units compiled; all three modified Groovy suites parsed successfully. The focused BE run used ASAN with leak detection disabled. Full external SQL regression has not yet been rerun on this commit; `run buildall` and `/review` are requested separately. The build also contained one muted HDFS Parquet memory-limit failure outside the Paimon path; it is not changed here.
