Fixed the 27 FE UT failures and all 10 external regression failures reported for the previous head in 56b547e65ad. - Complete the Iceberg scan/projection and partition-schema mocks; update Paimon precision expectations; retain both supported historical nanos and unsupported historical-type coverage. - Regenerate the seven affected binary golden files from actual execution, including nested binary values, then verify them in comparison mode. - Cast the textual binary fixture explicitly in the internal CTAS tests. - Run the Iceberg nanos suite against the existing HDFS fixture instead of a REST port absent from branch-4.2's CI configuration. - Assert the precision-preserving JNI route for Paimon nanosecond timestamps, while retaining the other Rust reader and runtime-filter checks. Local validation: 205 FE tests passed, FE Checkstyle passed, and all 10 affected external regression suites passed. The Paimon suite used an isolated temporary database namespace. Production code is unchanged in this follow-up. At the last check, the previous-head BE UT was still running without reported failures; compile, P0, Cloud P0 and Vault P0 had succeeded.
