Rebased onto branch-4.2 at a6f3c7bf489 and resolved the conflicts. The updated head is 0c8b6cb8f73. Kept the upstream UUID tests, native UUID annotations, explicit UUID binary override and Iceberg carrier handling, alongside this PR's unconditional mapping of ordinary binary leaves to VARBINARY. Consolidated the duplicate ORC VARBINARY decoder introduced by the automatic merge, retaining its payload validation. Regenerated the four affected golden files by execution and verified them in comparison mode. Validation passed: - Full FE and BE builds. - 143 focused FE tests and 392 focused BE tests under ASAN. - Seven SQL regression suites covering UUID Parquet native files and round trips, UUID ORC round trips and binary overrides, HDFS Parquet group 6, ordinary binary mapping, and Iceberg nanoseconds. - FE Checkstyle and clang-format 16 for all affected C/C++ files.
