Fixes #69026 The development-environment guide currently tells users to copy `doris/docker/Dockerfile`, but that file does not exist. The compilation image is at `doris/docker/compilation/Dockerfile`; this changes the documented command to the existing path. Validation: - At upstream parent `211a79a011554bb561192e83d28cbd4fb5e25021`, confirmed `docker/Dockerfile` is absent and `docker/compilation/Dockerfile` exists. - `git diff --check` passes.
