@hello-stephen here is the description per the template: 1. **What problem was fixed / how**: Following the development-environment guide, users run `cp docker/Dockerfile ...` (the guide points at `doris/docker/Dockerfile`), but that file does not exist in the repository - the compilation image actually lives at `docker/compilation/Dockerfile`. So the documented command fails with `No such file or directory`. The fix updates the path in `docker/README.md` to the existing `docker/compilation/Dockerfile`. Verified at the PR base commit that `docker/Dockerfile` is absent and `docker/compilation/Dockerfile` exists. 2. **Which behaviors were modified**: None.
