Fixed in 83312d80085fa2aff2bfd494dd06f6357b3ee626. Both custom factories now
forward the scanner-owned ParquetProfileCache. Added tests exercise repeated
Hudi reader construction and actual Iceberg delete-file Parquet opens, checking
cache identity and shared counters. Full ASAN BE build, 442 affected tests,
clang-format 16, clang-tidy and build hygiene passed.
