Review Comment:
[P2] Preserve Azure routing in the UUID export migration

For supported `s3Source="azure"` with the default endpoint and previously
valid `uuidLocalExportPath`/`uuidLocalTvfPath` mappings, removing `localMode`
now forces this property block. It forwards `azure-endpoint` verbatim and omits
`provider`, so `WITH S3` and the readback TVF bind an S3-compatible provider at
the placeholder host instead of the Azure account; the export fails before its
completion/readback assertions. Resolve the Azure placeholder and pass the
matching provider to both operations. This is a distinct Doris EXPORT/reload
path from the fixture SDK uploaders covered by the existing Azure threads; the
already-remote fallback without those local mappings was previously deficient.
